Our take
I picked up the Maltby PV Peak Velocity forged fairway wood set and found them to be decent for the price. The forged face gives a nice feel at impact, and the 12.5° 3-wood launches well off the deck. However, the regular flex graphite shafts felt a bit soft for my swing, and the 5-wood at 21° was a bit too high-lofted for longer approaches. Overall, they're solid value but may not suit faster swing speeds.
